FOR COACHES

FOR COACHES

Highly personalised development for coaches and consultants

For coach supervision and development, I support you in exploring who you are as a coach, your practice with clients, and how you can enhance your impact in your work.

Some coaches reach an inflection point in their practice and want clarity about where to go next.  Others want to reflect on their professional identity and coaching offer, and how that might fit with a current or potential target market. Some are struggling with confidence, lack of clarity, feeling depleted, or lacking direction, and want to explore ways to renew their approach.  All will want to have a safe place to reflect on client cases and make sense of themes and patterns emerging in their work.

I provide a confidential space to explore ethical dilemmas or discuss challenging cases, celebrate successes, and explore new approaches. Coach supervision is about helping you be confident and comfortable with who you are in your work, ensuring you can make a positive difference to your clients.

My support for fellow coaches includes:

  • Coach development to help you expand your range of methodologies and approaches.

  • Case and ethics exploration to support your reflection on your work with clients.

  • Personal growth and identity focus to enable you explore who you are as a person and as a practitioner.

Inspired by the natural world, I integrate its many rich lessons into my supervision practice.  Nature serves as a reminder of how we, too, are part of interconnected systems and constantly evolving.  It also exemplifies the continuous change and renewal we all experience as individuals.

Sessions can take place in nature, online, or a blend of both.  I encourage the use of nature for self-reflection between sessions, enabling you to fully benefit from our time together.  I work both 121 and with small groups.

NEW FOR 2026 - TWO SUPERVISION CIRCLES:

As coaches, we are the primary instruments of our work.  To keep that instrument aligned, present and nourished, we need a "clearing" - a dedicated space to step away from the day-to-day, notice the patterns moving beneath the surface, and explore the interconnected systems our clients and we inhabit.

For the coming year, I am opening two new supervision groups for coaches who wish to work at depth to explore how they show up in their work.  These will be reflective, supportive, intimate co-learning spaces where we commit to one another for a year-long journey of reflection and development.

I am gathering two distinct circles:

🌱 A Nature Coaches’ Circle: for those already practising in partnership with the natural world, or those feeling a pull toward this way of working.

🌀 A Systemic Coaches’ Circle: for coaches who wish to explore practice and practitioner at depth, using a systemic lens.

The rhythm of our journey:

🪶 An intimate group of 4–6 people

🪶 6 online sessions over the year (2.5 hours each)

Dates will be co-created once each circle is formed, ensuring the rhythm works for everyone.

This work is informed by my training and experience as a Tavistock Certified Supervisor and APECS Accredited Master Executive Coach, and my passion for weaving an eco-systemic approach and organisational understanding into my practice.

These supervision spaces are designed for independent coaches who want deep, messy, real-world case explorations and rich developmental inquiry. My approach is probably not best suited for those seeking compliance tracking and credentialed hours logging, as honestly I wouldn’t know how to do that if I tried! ;)

If you are curious about joining one of these groups and my approach resonates, please do get in touch for an exploratory conversation.
